Alma Dharma is the space where yoga, bodywork, and conscious wellness come together.

This project is an extension of my practice and the way I live today.

The name brings together Alma (Soul) the sensitive, human part
and Dharma, the path that is practiced, not explained.

Today, what feels most valuable to me is the experience of showing up as I am, and sharing my work from that place.
